What do you accept as Proof of Purchase?

For any Limited Warranty claim, a valid Proof of Purchase is required.

What qualifies as valid Proof of Purchase

A valid Proof of Purchase includes one of the following:

• A dated sales receipt from an authorised Star Labs reseller.

• An official order confirmation email from Star Labs.

• An order number from starlabs.systems.

Verification process

Star Labs reserves the right to take appropriate measures to protect against fraudulent or suspicious claims. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Requesting additional verification of your identity and purchase details.

• Confirming the validity of the reseller or purchase source.

• Rejecting or disqualifying claims that cannot be verified.
